At Luscious Cakes, many of our baked goods are sold by the dozen to ensure consistency, freshness, and efficient production.

Policy Details:

Certain items (including cookies, cupcakes, and mini pastries) are available by the dozen only.

Orders cannot by split into mixed flavors per dozen.

Custom or specialty flavors may require a 2-3 dozen minimum depending on the ingredients and design.

For assorted dozens, flavor options are based on available rotating selectins.

Full payment is required to secure the order.

We kindly ask for 48-72 hours notice for local and 2 weeks for non-local special orders, custom designs, or large quantities.

No Exceptions:

To maintain product quality and production efficiency, we are not able to sell these items individually or in smaller quantities.

Because our products are made to order and perishable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order ahs been picked up or delivered.

We take great pride in the quality and freshness of every item. If there is an issue with you order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we may address it promptly.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following situations:

The order is incorrect due to an error on our end (wrong item/flavor).

The product arrives damaged or compromised during our delivery.

We reserve the right to determine appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.

Custom Cakes, Cupcakes, and Specialty orders require payment in full at the time of ordering and are non-fundable once production has started.
